How to use
We recommend you light the candle 1 hour before bedtime, and allow the fragrance to fill the room. When your ready to settle down, turn off all your screens and lights, scan the QR code on your packaging to start your guided meditation and lay back, relax and feel the stress of the day ease away.
As you lay down, practice your breathing techniques, breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
